NHS Healthy Start (leaflet)
NHS England's Healthy Start leaflet about helping young families on low incomes to access healthy food, milk and vitamins.
If you're pregnant or have children under the age of 4, you can get payments every 4 weeks to spend on milk, food and Healthy Start vitamins. This includes cow's milk, fruit and vegetables, pulses, and infant formula milk. You can also get Healthy Start vitamins. You could qualify for the NHS Healthy Start scheme if you're at least 10 weeks pregnant or you have at least one child aged under four.
