Delivery

When you place an order, we will ask you to select a location for delivery or collection.

Locations for delivery are:

• GP surgeries
• Health centres
• Hospitals

If you are not based at a GP surgery, health centre, or hospital, your resources can be delivered to a library near you for collection.

We cannot arrange for delivery or collection at any other locations, or outside of Norfolk.

You will receive an email notification when we have sent your resources out for delivery or are available to collect. We aim to have your resources delivered or available for you to collect within five working days.
